AMSOLAR’s site planning begins with our initial evaluation of your site, which our project management team completes remotely. We then conduct a complete evaluation of your physical plant with an emphasis on key available roofspace with South-facing exposure. We look carefully at the age of your roofs, the condition of these roofs and whatever physical barriers might act as obstacles on your roofspace. Furthemore, we diligently study your parking lot areas with an eye towards designing appropriate elevated solar arrays that enhance your physical surroundings. With the “hard data” on your roofspace and parking lot layouts, we then begin evaluating your current power consumption. Our financial structuring team analyzes your current power consumption with an eye towards understanding the various rates you may be paying to your utility company and the hours during the day that represent your “peak” consumption of power and thus your highest rates. AMSOLAR then seeks to design and engineer a system that is optimally suited to your power consumption needs and effectively lowers both your power consumption and overall expenses.
